    Returns
    We accept returns within 30 days of purchase or delivery. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

    Refunds

    • Once we receive and assess your returned item, we will promptly send you an email to acknowledge its arrival. We will also notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund request.
    • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
    • Please note that certain circumstances may result in partial refunds or credits. This applies to products that display clear signs of use or have been opened, items that are not in their original condition, products with damaged or missing parts not caused by our error, or items returned beyond the 30-day purchase/delivery period (unless previously authorized).

    Refunds Status

    1. Usually, refunds take about 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
    2. If you haven’t received your refund, start by checking your bank account once more.
    3. Next, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
    4. If you have completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us for further assistance.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    • Please be aware that exchanges are limited to customers within Australia.
    • If you have received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same product, please contact us at hello@econature.com . Our team will gladly assist you with the exchange process.

     

    Shipping

    • The return shipping costs for your item will be your responsibility. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item without a tracking option.
    • In case you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
    • The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
