To get the sponge ready for usage, follow these steps:

1. Submerge the sponge in water before using it to allow it to expand.

3. Our cellulose sponges can last for months, depending on how often you use them. To keep them clean, simply clean and disinfect them like you would with regular sponges. If needed, the sponge can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
4. When it’s time to dispose of the sponge, simply place it in your composter or compost bin. No additional steps are necessary as it will naturally decompose.
